contrary to popular belief

megapixels don't matter.

most people are not going to be printing prints that are larger than 11x14, and you can get GREAT looking 11x14s with a 4MP camera.

so why would you want a 10MP camera?

i don't know, but camera manufactures know that megapixels SELL, so they  try to cram more megapixels on the same sized sensor, to make more sales; however, what the consumers don't know is that when that happens, more noise turns out in each picture.

MEGAPIXELS DON'T MATTER.
